Carillon Assisted Living is actively seeking an energetic Dining Services Director for our BRAND NEW assisted living community under our Calyx Living brand! We are located in beautiful Fuquay-Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, and minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts!

Calyx is looking to hire NOW a hands on and fully onsite Dining Services Director, who will be responsible for creating an exceptional and memorable dining experience to our seniors. This position will be responsible for the coordination of staff schedules, managing the purchasing, preparing and serving of food, and leading all aspects of the dining department.

Dining Services Director Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a passion to work with the senior population
• Cook experience a must!
• Preferred 2 years or more of experience
• Experience with managing teams
• ServeSafe Certification
• Understanding of therapeutic diets
• Ability to work 45-50 hours per week, weekends and a flexible work schedule
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
• COVID-19 Vaccine and Boosters Required
